Advanced Course Insect Cell Culture - E10
This intensive course deals with the specific techniques and conditions for the optimum cultivation of insect cells and presents the possibilities that insect cell culture opens up to molecular biology.
The course focuses mainly on:
- Culture media and culture conditions
- Culture techniques (adherent culture and suspension culture)
- Cryoconservation
- Catalogue of measures to avoid and/or solve typical problems
- Areas of application of insect cell culture
The course is intended to enable you to successfully conduct your own cell culture experiments and deal safely and professionally with the critical points of cell culture.
No special previous knowledge is required for this course.
Duration: 2 days (9:30am - 5:00pm)
